Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is one of the 16 Navratna PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) in India. It primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces through its nine factories located in Bangalore, Panchkula, Kotdwara, Ghaziabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Machilipatnam & Chennai.
Not only does it produces products for the defence forces, but it also produces products which are used by common public - such as Electronic Voting Machines ("EVM") .

Probationary Engineer vacancies: Electronics: 88, Mechanical: 32, Computer Science: 50, Total: 170.
Probationary Officer (HR) vacancy: 07.
Salaries for Probationary Engineer/Officer in BEL:
BEL is offering pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- for the Engineers who will be placed in E-II grade. In addition, they will be entitled to DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement and other perquisites as admissible.
BEL Probationary Engineer/Officer Selection process:

BEL Probationary Engineer/Officer Eligibility:
Eligibilities for Graduate Engineer positions in BEL are as follows:
Age eligibility: Max. 25 years as on 01.05.2012. Relaxations exist as per Govt. rule.
Academic qualification Eligibility for Probationary Engineers:
First Class Engineering Degree in the relevant disciplines (Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication / Mechanical / Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering) from AICTE approved Colleges. For SC/ST/PWD only pass marks needed in above qualifications.
Academic qualification Eligibility for Probationary Officers:

Graduation with First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute. For SC/ST/PWD candidates – Graduation and pass in any of the above Postgraduate qualifications.
