Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has issued Recruitment Notification 2013 for recruitment of 370 vacancies - 153 JE, 11 SSA & 206 Maintainers vide advertisement no.: DMRC / OM / HR /I/ 2013. Last date of submission of online form for this DMRC recruitment is 16th May, 2013. Dates for the written DMRC exam would be notified subsequently.

Registered on 3 May 1995, DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) is a premier profit making PSU, owned equally by Govt. of India and Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi. DMRC operates Delhi Metro as well as provides metro rail project consultancy services.
Delhi Metro is the world's 13th largest metro system by annual passenger rides. The network consists of 6 lines with a total length of 189.63 kilometers with 142 stations, of which 35 are underground, 5 are at-grade, and 102 are elevated. When all four phases of the Delhi Metro project get executed by 2021, it would have a total length of 420 km and become the fourth largest metro project in the world.
Apart from running DElhi Metro, DMRC has served as the project consultant for every metro and monorail project in India except the Chennai MRTS. In September 2012, DMRC has been awarded the work of 'Management Consulting Services' of the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit system by the Indonesian government.

Salary for DMRC JE, SSA, Maintainer:
Salary for DMRC Sr.System Analyst (SSA): Pay-scale Rs. 16000-30770.Salary for DMRC JE: Pay-scale Rs. 13500-25520.
Salary for DMRC Maintainer : Pay-scale Rs. 8000-14140.
Eligibility for DMRC JE, SSA, Maintainer:

Age Eligibility (as on 01.01.2013): Min: 18 yrs. Max: to 28 Yrs.
(DOB not earlier than 2.1.1985 and not later than 1.1.1995)
Academic Qualification Eligibility:
3-years Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline as given in page-1 of the notification.
Eligibility for DMRC SSA:
Age Eligibility (as on 01.01.2013): Min: 20 yrs. Max: to 30 Yrs.
(DOB not earlier than 2.1.1983 and not later than 1.1.1993)
Academic Qualification Eligibility:
B.E. in Computer Science or MCA or equivalent
Eligibility for DMRC Maintainer:
Age Eligibility (as on 01.01.2013): Min: 18 yrs. Max: to 25 Yrs.
(DOB not earlier than 2.1.1988 and not later than 1.1.1995)
Academic Qualification Eligibility:
ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in specific trade as given in page-1 of the notification.
All qualifications should be from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
You can find the 3-stage selection process of DMRC for JE, SSA, Maintainers in the table at right.The DMRC written exam for the position of SSA & JE consists of two papers - Paper-I (120 objective type questions, each worth 1 mark) and Paper-II (Descriptive type questions) - both papers of duration 1.5 hours.
While the DMRC written exam for the position of Maintainer consists of one paper - 120 objective type questions, each worth 1 mark with duration 1.5 hours.

Important Dates for DMRC Recruitment 2013:
Start date of online submission of form: 25.04.2013.Last date of online submission of form: 16.05.2013 (23: 59 hrs)
Dates for submission of application fee: 25.04.2013 to 16.05.2013.
Last date for receipt of registration slip with enclosures: 28.05.2013.
Date for DMRC Exam 2013 has not been declared at this notification stage but should be before July/August 2013 as in notification it has been stated that the Interview is likely to be held in July/August 2013.

You can apply only online for DMRC Recruitment 2013 - there is no offline application form.
DMRC Exam Application fee for UR & OBC (including Ex-servicemen) is : Rs. 375/- and for SC/ST candidates: Rs. 125/-.
